Return Policy

Republic Rare Coins accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and remain in their original condition

• Be returned in their original packaging or protective holder

• Include all certificates and accompanying documentation

• Include valid proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect product quality, Republic Rare Coins cannot accept returns involving:

• Coin packaging that has been opened or unsealed

• Collectibles that have been damaged, modified or altered

• Customized or personalized products

• Products marked as clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an incorrect product is delivered or an order arrives damaged, contact Republic Rare Coins within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging, when applicable

Our support team will review the request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Republic Rare Coins will pay the return shipping cost when the return results from an error made by our company.

For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled before fulfillment has begun.

Orders that have already shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation.
